Our Mashed Brown is a favourite with our guests with a refreshing dark ale taste with hints of flavour of chocolate and roasted coffee and maybe just a small bit of caramel. Alcohol 4.5%

Classic Pale Ale
Sublime Pale Ale has the classic golden amber tones. It is an easy to drink beer with characteristic balance of flavours. Alcohol 4.5%

Our refreshing mid strength larger – Pure Gold – has a balanced, smooth flavour which is complimented by mild bitterness and a trace of something sweet. Alcohol 3.5%
Dry Apple Cider
A Sublime Classic – our dry apple cider. With a slightly sharp taste with gentle fruity notes, it is the perfect drink on a hot summer’s day. Just mouth-watering. Alcohol 4.5%
Fresh Stoned Pilly
Our Stoned Pilly is based on a dutch pilsener recipe being straw-coloured in appearance with a moderate, lingering bitterness. A noble brew with a crisp finish. Alcohol 4.5%
Firshmonger's Wife
Our twist on a blonde pilsner. Giving a sharp taste on the tongue gave rise to the name “fishmonger’s wife”
Lime Infused Lager
Using our home grown farm limes this slightly fruity tasting lager is becoming a Sublime favourite
